💗 Frequently Asked Questions


✨ When will my order ship?

We process orders within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note: some of our items may be made to order, which means processing times can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods or special launches. If your order includes multiple items with different processing times, your order will ship once everything is ready.

Shipping time refers to how long the package takes after it leaves our studio and does not include processing time.

If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to leave a note at checkout — we’ll always do our best to accommodate 💌


👕 What size should I order?

Most of our apparel is unisex and designed for a relaxed, comfortable fit.

  • For a regular / wearable oversized fit, order your usual size

  • For a cozier, extra-oversized look, size up

  • For a more fitted look, size down

Each product listing includes a detailed size chart, so please review measurements carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help!


🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Rosiepink accepts returns only — we do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you’d like an item in a different size, please place a new order. Once your return is approved, we’ll happily provide a free shipping code for your re-order 😊

Return Guidelines

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached

  • Prior approval is required before sending any returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

😅 Oops! I accidentally ordered the wrong item.

We totally get it — mistakes happen! While we’ll always try our best to help if you contact us quickly, we are not responsible for orders shipped exactly as placed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes. Any additional shipping costs due to order errors are the responsibility of the customer.


📦 My package says “delivered,” but I don’t have it. What should I do?

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered a little early and show up within the next day or two.

We recommend:

  • Checking around your home or building

  • Asking neighbors or your building manager

  • Confirming your shipping address

  • Contacting the carrier directly for more tracking details

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


🚨 Help! There’s something wrong with my order.

Oh no — we’re so sorry! While we’re always careful, mistakes can happen.

Please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

All issues must be reported before wear for the item to be eligible for review.

At the moment, we are not accepting custom orders due to order volume. This may change in the future, so keep an eye on our Instagram for updates ✨

Yes! We currently ship to:

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
